William R. Patterson is CEO of The Baron Solution Group. He is also Chairman and CEO of The Warcoffer Capital Group, LLC. He leads the WCG’s corporate strategy and development consulting efforts including portfolio management, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, and joint ventures.

William is an internationally recognized business authority and two-time award-winning lecturer who has been a featured guest on over 300 television and radio programs. He is the business and financial expert on XM Satellite Radio 169 – The Power. He also does a weekly syndicated business and financial radio segment called “THE BARON SOLUTION™ Minute” on The Louie Jones Show and All Things Literally. In addition, he writes a monthly financial column for SLIQUE magazine titled “Money Tips from The Baron.”

William was initially trained as an electrical engineer at Howard University and later created a niche in the finance industry. Before launching WCG, he handled program management, strategic planning, and corporate training for a number of Fortune 500 information technology, investment banking, and financial services firms.
